We tell you up front what a change will cost, and get your approval on the change order cost as well as the new total home cost before we start work on each change.

Blemishes or Incomplete Punch Lists: We punch the living daylights out of our homes, and try to take care of every detail before you close and take possession. It's easier for us, and easier for you, if we fix the little things before you move in. Many builders just hope you won't notice, and then drag out the punch list repairs.
