In a word, passion. Growing up on a farm in Maxwell, Texas, John Siemering spent many a day driving nails into the family barn - one after the other - much to his parents' dismay. To hear John tell it, he knew then that building was to be his "divine mission".

After graduation, he spent the next ten years getting what amounts to a PhD. in the building materials business. That depth of knowledge served him well when he built his first John Siemering Custom Home back in 1991. This same passion drives John to continually learn new methods for improving his homes. During his more than 27 years in the business, John has never lost his passion for the building process.
