When you want to discuss a change, we give you an estimate up front, before any change work starts. Once you approve it, you pay any difference resulting from the change order at that time, so at the end of the day, there are no surprises. We can even help you determine a contingency fund amount to add to your construction loan if you'd like, so the money is there when the changes come.
