Anyone who has built a home can tell you that construction is a fluid and evolving process. John helps you navigate it with some fundamental approaches to the process:
Accessibility: We invite your input at every level, from the pouring of the foundation, through framing and electrical, and all the way to final finish out. Unlike many other builders, we consider your presence at the construction site to be both vital and welcome.
Availability: Once you sign a contract we don't disappear. We want you to feel connected and to know that we are there for you. John will be happy to meet you at the jobsite to answer questions and concerns.
Communication: At John Siemering Homes we believe there is no question you can ask that should not be answered. It's our policy to provide consistent, comprehensive communication and service throughout the building process.
Problem Solving: Sometimes people get stuck, and can't seem to move forward. Maybe it's a color decision or maybe a design element of the home doesn't work and you have to modify the plans. John is a great problem solver, and very diplomatic in helping to find a win-win solution.
Real-Life Expertise: John and his wife Kelli have lived in the same types of homes they build, so they are able to offer real-life advice and input as both homeowners and home builders.
